First off just want to say Cassie Newman there is amazing. I bought a trailer from a different place and had some issues with it. Cassie set me up with someone local to get the few minor things fixed and covered them under warranty. I then had an axle issue I needed to get fixed she ordered me a new axle and replaced both tires on the axle for me. Perry's customer service and service department is top notch. Traveling through the area and blew a tire on my camper which also cut all of the wiring to my brakes on that axle as it shredded apart.  Tire shop said to call Perry's about the brakes, and Zach said to come by and he'd at least take a look.  After a quick inspection he grabbed a couple lengths of wire from his shop, crawled under the camper, got it all fixed, tested to make sure they were working, and then told me "no charge!"  This was spur of the moment, the day after a holiday (Labor Day), and in the friendliest and most compassionate manner he dropped what he was doing and helped a stranger in need. As we were heading from illinois to Montana,  our 35' camper lost an axle, fortunately it happened where it did instead of in the mountains on the interstate. We contacted Perry's, spoke to Zach.....he met us within an hour and checked things out. Long story short....he came again the next morning, made the camper towable so we could limp it to their facility. We were back on the road the next day with new axle, wheel brgs packed, brake shoes and tire pressure checked and set. We were and are greatly appreciative with this top-notch company. Top notch company! After losing a wheel bearing on my boat trailer on a Saturday, Cassie was incredibly helpful and supportive. She let me leave the trailer at their facility over the weekend and the shop mechanics at Perry’s got me back on the road first thing Monday. Their work is high quality as well. We had no more problems for last 2200 miles of our trip. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this company!
